Why us

A callback in 5 minutes is 21 times more likely to qualify a lead than one in 30.

Calls ring out, messages wait until morning and requests stall while your team is with the customer in front of them.

Odds of qualifying a web lead at 5 versus 30 minutes. InsideSales.com and MIT, Lead Response Management Study, 2007

Your team can’t answer everything at once.

While you serve

The phone rings out and the caller tries the next business on their list.

After you close

Questions about prices and hours wait until morning, when someone else has already answered them.

The next day

Yesterday’s requests are on paper and in several inboxes, and nobody is sure who was called back.

Lead Response Management Study

James Oldroyd, PhD (MIT Sloan School of Management) and Dave Elkington (InsideSales.com). Presented on 16 October 2007.

Three years of data from six companies: over 15,000 web leads and over 100,000 call attempts.

100×
drop in the odds of reaching a lead called at 30 minutes instead of 5
21×
drop in the odds of qualifying it over the same delay
Over 10×
drop in the odds of reaching it during the first hour
Over 6×
drop in the odds of qualifying it during the first hour

Qualifying means the lead agrees to enter the sales process, for example by booking an appointment.

Insights from every conversation, ready to act on.

  1. Staff the busy hoursIn this example week, 10:00 to 12:00 brings the most calls (54), followed by 14:00 to 16:00 (46), so those shifts need cover first.
  2. Follow up after closing99 of the 312 calls this week came in outside 08:00 to 18:00, each one a callback for the next morning.
  3. Cover the top questions firstBookings and prices make up two thirds of calls (210 of 312), which makes them the first answers to give the agent.
  4. See every conversation as it happensThe card counts the calls and chats in progress; the full dashboard lists each one with the caller, its status and how long it has run.

Relay

How Relay divides a request

Relay reads the request and gives each part to the agent built for it: documents, supplier data and company policy. Each agent sees only the fields its part needs.

How the result is checked and recorded

Relay checks the combined draft against your rules and holds anything that does not match. One agent with write access records the result and keeps a receipt of what changed.

Access and permissions

Each agent uses only the systems and fields agreed in your scope. A request with missing details waits until they arrive, and sensitive actions wait until someone on your team confirms them. Only one agent writes to your systems, and every change it makes is logged.

Monitoring, quality checks, response adjustments and support within the included hours. New flows and larger changes are quoted separately. Your proposal defines the tasks and response terms.

  1. Show us how you answer today

    Your part
Tell us who contacts you, what they ask and what happens when your team is busy.
    Our part
We choose one task to start with and list the information and access it needs.
  2. We build around your business information

    Your part
Provide your prices, hours, services and booking rules, or correct the draft we write.
    Our part
We set up the agent and test common questions, unfamiliar requests, failed connections and handoffs.
  3. Review the results before launch

    Your part
Check the test results and decide when to launch.
    Our part
We correct the errors you find and agree how updates and reviews work after launch.
Can we keep our current business number?

Usually, through call forwarding. We check compatibility with your provider and confirm any carrier charges before setup.

Will it work with our CRM or booking system?

We check compatibility first, then connect and test the supported actions, such as checking availability, booking appointments or recording enquiries.

What happens when a customer needs a person?

The agent transfers to your team during staffed hours. If nobody answers, it follows the fallback set during setup, such as taking a message.

Can we test it before it answers customers?

Yes. You test it with real business scenarios, including languages, bookings and handoffs. It goes live after your approval.

What could change our monthly bill?

Extra usage, carrier charges or added services can increase the bill. Rates and spending limits are clear upfront; new work is quoted before it starts.

Tell us what you need handled.

Share your channels, expected volume and the task you want to start with. We’ll use that brief to prepare a proposal.

Define your project

You answer five questions and review your answers before sending the request.
