TalkLogic
Voice agent

Your phone answers at eleven at night.

It picks up in under half a second and holds the conversation. It books into the calendar you already run, and takes a message when it should.

Book my call

The phone rings, and someone is already at the counter.

You take the person in front of you. The second line comes in, the third drops to voicemail, and the fourth hangs up. Nobody did anything wrong.

The same thing happens at half past seven in the evening, on a Saturday, and on the 2nd of January. A call gives no notice: it comes when it comes, and it doesn’t come back. Voicemail catches it and there it sits — the caller is already dialling the next number on the list.

The voice agent doesn’t fix your operation, and it doesn’t answer better than you do. It does one thing: it is never busy.

What it actually does on the call.

Not a phone tree with a nicer voice. It listens, answers, and closes the thing the caller phoned about.

  • The agent talks. It doesn’t read a menu.

No “press 1 for appointments”. The caller says what they need in their own words and gets an answer to that. Interrupt it and it stops, the way a person does.

  • It answers what you taught it.

Your hours, your prices if you want them said out loud, which doctor sees what, where to park. Outside that it doesn’t improvise: it says it doesn’t know, and takes the message.

  • It books into the calendar you already run.

Whatever you use today. It reads the open slots, offers two, confirms the one the caller picks, and the appointment is in there before they hang up.

  • The fourth call, while the third is still going.

Lines don’t queue behind each other. Ten at once on a Monday morning are the same to it as one on a Sunday night.

The same agent, answering on chat

Some calls are not for an agent.

An emergency, a complaint, someone who wants to buy right now. On those it stops and hands the call to a person.

  • The person arrives with the call already on screen.

What was said, why they called, what was already offered. The caller doesn’t repeat a word of it.

  • A handover, not a hold.

No hold music and no “let me put you through”. The line stays open while the person comes on.

  • Human cover is a separate decision.

Bundled or on its own, your call. Without it, the agent takes the message and marks it urgent instead of transferring.

Who takes the call when it’s a person

What owners ask before they say yes.

Will my customers know it’s AI?

Some will ask, and it says so. What doesn’t happen is nobody answering, or the caller telling the whole story again when a person comes on.

Do I have to change my number?

No. It’s set up on the number you already give out. Whether it takes every call or only the ones you don’t get to is decided with you at setup.

What languages does it answer in?

Spanish, English and Portuguese come with the agent. A language beyond those three is separate work and is quoted on its own.

What happens when it doesn’t understand?

It says so, takes the number and the reason, and leaves it in your panel. It doesn’t invent an answer to get off the phone.

How long before it’s answering?

Days, not months. One 20-minute call to see how you answer today, then we set it up with your greeting, your hours and your calendar.

Who owns the call data?

Yours. Every call is logged in your panel and you export it whenever you want, as CSV or over the API.

Tell us who answers your phone today.

Twenty minutes. If what you already have is enough, we’ll say so.
