Nobody here is far from a real call.
A small team in Costa Rica. Some of us build the agent that picks up; the rest take the calls the agent hands over.
Write to usThere are no open roles today.
That is the entire status. We are not collecting CVs for a job we have not written yet.
When a role opens it goes on this page first — what the work is, and who you would be sitting next to.
Until then the address still works. Write to hola@talklogic.ai and tell us what you do — one paragraph, plus something you built or handled. We keep the ones worth keeping and go back to them when there is a reason.
Two disciplines, sitting next to each other.
Whoever changes how the agent speaks hears it on a real call that same week. That is not an accident of being small — it is the point.
-
Engineering, on the agents
You write the agent’s knowledge in the client’s own voice and wire it into the calendar and the CRM they already run. Then a full round of test calls, before a real customer hears any of it.
-
Customer service, senior
You take the call the agent hands over — the complaint, the buyer in a hurry, the one who asked for a person. The history and the booking are already on your screen; you read them while the line connects.
The parts that are hard.
Read this before you write to us. None of it is a complaint — it is the shape of the work, and people leave jobs over things nobody told them.
-
There is no safe place to be wrong
A change to how the agent speaks clears a round of test calls and then reaches a real customer the same day. Everyone here has shipped something a client could hear.
-
You inherit the calls that already went sideways
The agent transfers when a conversation gets difficult, so the ones that reach a person are the angry, the impatient and the ones about to leave. You start most calls behind.
-
The clock belongs to somebody else
The calls worth catching arrive after the business has closed. Part of this work is evenings and weekends, and no amount of tooling moves that.
The questions we get.
Are you hiring right now?
No, and there is no hidden pipeline behind that no. Write anyway if you want to — the address is read by a person, not a filter.
What should I send?
One paragraph on what you do, and one thing you built or handled that you could still explain a year later. No cover letter, no portfolio site, no video.
Do I have to be in Costa Rica?
The team is here and the work is remote-friendly. What is not flexible is the clock — you work the hours people actually call the business we answer for.
Which languages do I need?
It depends on the account. The agent covers Spanish, English and Portuguese; the people who take the transfers are staffed per client at setup. Tell us what you actually speak on a bad phone line, not what you studied.
Do you take juniors?
Not for the calls. Someone has to hold a complaint alone in their first week, and there is nobody free to sit beside them. On the engineering side, send it anyway — what gets read is what you shipped, not how long you have been at it.
What does it pay?
There is no range on this page because there is no role to attach one to. When a role opens, the number goes in the posting.
Tell us what you do.
No open roles right now — the address is read anyway.
