TalkLogic
Your panel

Nobody has to remember anything.

Every call, chat, booking and handoff is written into the panel as it happens. You export all of it whenever you want, as CSV and over the API.

Book my call

Calls and chats answered, one per row.

Time, channel, language, how it ended. No averages and no summaries — the row goes in while the conversation is still happening.

Time Channel Lang How it ended
  • 21:14 WhatsApp ES Booked
  • 02:36 Call EN Settled without a person
  • 11:07 Site chat PT Handed to a person
Sample data Three rows from an ordinary Tuesday. Your panel starts empty.
  • It writes itself

Nobody types anything in. The agent hangs up and the row is already there, with whatever was agreed.

  • The two-in-the-morning one too

The 02:36 chat and the Sunday call show up the same as the one at ten on a Tuesday. That is the shift nobody sees today.

  • In the language it was spoken in

Spanish, English or Portuguese: the row records which was used, so you know who is looking for you.

What the agent does before the row exists

Bookings made, with the conversation that produced them.

A booking doesn't arrive on its own. Beside it is what was said to get there, and which slot on your calendar it took.

  • It lands on your calendar, not ours

The agent writes into the booking system you already run. The panel only counts what it wrote.

  • With the change and the cancellation

If the customer moves the time at eleven at night, that row stays too, attached to the original booking.

  • And with what didn't get booked

Someone who asked a price and hung up is a row as well. That is the one you'll want to go through with your team on Monday.

Handoffs to a person, with the reason for each one.

The agent doesn't settle everything, and the panel doesn't dress that up. This is the part you'll want to read first.

  • The reason, not just the fact

“Asked for a person”, “complaint”, “outside what the agent can settle”. Three different reasons, three different decisions for you.

  • If you added human cover, who took it

The time of the transfer and the name of whoever stepped in, with the context they already had.

  • A lot of handoffs isn't a failure

It is the list of what the agent still has to be taught. Without that list you would be guessing.

Who takes the call when it goes across

Who the data belongs to

Yours. Your agent collected it, in your conversations, and it leaves with you whenever you want — all of it, not a summary. The file is CSV, with date, time, channel, language, how it ended and whether it went to a person — the same columns as last month — or you read it over the API if you'd rather not download anything. There is no export cap: you export today, tomorrow, and on the day you decide to leave.

Questions about the panel

Are the numbers on this page real?

No, which is why they are marked sample data. Your panel starts empty and fills up with your own conversations from the first one.

Do I have to open the panel for any of this to work?

No. The agent answers and books either way. The panel is there for when you want to look, not one more job in your week.

How long before a call shows up?

It is recorded as it happens, not in an end-of-day batch. Voice picks up in under 500 ms and the row goes in with the conversation.

What if my team already keeps all of this in another system?

Good. The agent books into the system you already run, and the panel exports to wherever you need it. We are not asking you to move anything.

What happens to the conversations if I stop being a client?

You export everything before you go, as CSV or over the API. What we do with our copy afterwards is settled in writing in the contract, not on a web page.

Twenty minutes, and we'll show you the panel from the inside.

Tell us how many calls and chats come in today, and what you'd want to be able to see on Monday morning.
