The call worth the most comes in after hours.

A referral dials at nine at night to get a feel for the firm. If a voicemail answers, tomorrow they dial the other one.

Whoever answers first keeps the conversation.

Someone calling three firms in one evening isn’t comparing. They’re seeing who picks up. The other two find out when a meeting is already booked.

  1. Harvard Business Review documented it without putting a number on it: almost no company answers its enquiries as quickly as the enquiry itself demands, and the difference between answering inside the hour and answering later is not one of degree.

How the voice agent answers

The meeting is booked before they hang up.

The same for a wealth firm as for an insurance agency, a lender or a credit union. On the phone and in the chat on your site, with one calendar behind both.

  • Arrives with context, not a name

The referral who calls “just to get a feel for the firm” leaves with the meeting booked and their region, range and reason already written down. The advisor walks in knowing what it is about.

  • Books where you already work

She remembered the car policy after the school drop-off. The agent confirms the term, then books the renewal with her broker — in your calendar, in your CRM. We don’t ask you to switch systems.

  • Calls back that same night

A form from a paid ad lands late and nobody sees it until tomorrow. The agent calls back that same night, takes the amount, the term and the preferred hour, and the loan officer opens the day with the call ready.

What the agent will never ask for on the phone.

In finance the limit matters more than the feature list. This is ours, written before the first call and not after the first complaint.

  • It collects the minimum

Name, reason, region, hour. Never a full account number, a card, or a whole ID over the voice layer. What belongs in a secure channel goes to a secure channel.

  • You sign off what it may ask

You approve the field list before it goes live. What isn’t on the list, the agent doesn’t ask for; and if the caller volunteers it anyway, it isn’t kept.

  • Consent and hours

Call-backs and follow-up messages only with the contact’s prior express consent and inside permitted hours. That is TCPA, and it is set up with you on day one.

  • Recording, retention, access

Recording is disclosed where it applies. You decide how long it is kept and who may listen, and you export all of it whenever you want.

There is no TCPA or GLBA seal to hang on the wall — no such certification exists. There are practices, and these are ours. Nor is this legal advice: your compliance officer reads the script before it takes the first call, and we adjust it until they sign.

What gets asked on the first call.

Does it connect to my CRM?

To the one you already have. The agent leaves the contact where your team already looks for it and books into the calendar they already use. We don’t sell software and we don’t ask you to move.

Can it recommend a product or quote a policy?

No, and it is configured not to try. It answers what you already publish, takes the details, and hands anything involving price, judgement or a recommendation to your people.

What if the caller reads out an account number anyway?

The agent doesn’t ask for it and doesn’t use it. It points the caller to the secure channel you define, and that number does not stay in the transcript.

Will a high-net-worth client accept talking to AI?

Some will notice. The honest comparison isn’t agent against advisor: at nine at night the other option was a voicemail. And when the conversation needs a person, the handover is warm, with the context already loaded.

Is it worth it if I don’t get many calls?

It depends what one is worth. If you answer them all yourself and none get dropped, you don’t need us — and we’ll say so on the call, not after you sign.
