From the first call to the first call answered.
Twenty minutes, a few days of building, and a date. Here is every step, and the part that’s yours.
Book my callYou’ve been through this before, and it didn’t take days.
A kickoff meeting, a chat channel, and then the month when nobody could tell you which week it would go live.
That’s why this page exists. It isn’t a summary of the process; it is the process — what we do, what we need from you, and what can move the date. If something here doesn’t sit right, better to know before the call than after.
What happens inside each step.
None of this is an estimate. It’s what we do, in the order we do it.

01
Show us how you answer today
Twenty minutes, on video or on the phone. You tell us who calls you, what they ask, and what you answer.
We come out of that call with a scope and a date, not with a proposal that arrives the following week.

02
We build the agent in your voice
Your services, your prices, the way you phrase things. The agent learns to answer the way your best receptionist does on a quiet Tuesday.
Before it goes live, you read every answer and approve it. What you don’t approve, the agent doesn’t say.
-
03
It goes live and starts counting
It launches in days. From the first call everything is logged: time, channel, outcome, and whether it ended in a booking.
The data is yours. You export it to CSV whenever you want.

Day 30 · measured
Day 30 changes nothing
There is no handover and no project close. The agent keeps being measured, and we keep answering you within one business day, the same as before launch.
What holds up a launch is never the code.
It’s the price list that lives in a notebook, or the person who has to approve and is away. We tell you before you sign, not after.
-
We need your answers, not your logo
Prices, hours, what you do and what you don’t, and the same questions you answer every day. If none of that is written down, we write it with you.
-
Somebody has to say yes
One person with authority reads the answers and approves them. It’s the part that takes longest, and the only one we can’t do for you — it’s your business talking.
-
And your systems have the last word
The agent books into the calendar you already run. If that calendar won’t let availability be checked from outside, it gets solved before launch, not after.
Questions about the process
How long is “days”, exactly?
It depends on how many answers your agent has to learn and how fast you approve them. We come out of the 20-minute call with a date, and that date is the one that counts.
Who writes the answers, you or me?
We write them from what you tell us, and you correct them. Correcting a draft is faster than starting from nothing, and it keeps the writing off your desk.
What if the agent answers something wrong?
You tell us and we fix it. It’s in the call log with the time and the transcript, so nobody has to guess what was said. And if that answer was never approved, it should not have gone out — that one is on us, not on you.
Do I have to change my phone or my systems?
No. The agent answers on your number and books into the calendar you already run. Nothing to install and nothing to learn.
How much of my time is this going to take?
The 20-minute call, and then however long it takes you to read and approve the answers. There are no weekly check-in meetings: if something needs your decision, we write to you.
What if I want to change something after launch?
It changes. A new price, new hours, a service you stopped offering: you write to us and the agent says it differently from then on.
