The call changes hands. Your customer repeats nothing.

Not a call centre. People who have spent years doing customer service, trained on your business before they take a single call.

Book my call

The calls the agent shouldn’t finish.

Few conversations end up there. They are the ones people remember.

Someone calls for the third time this week. The agent books him, confirms it and sends the reminder — and what he actually wants is for a person to tell him why last week’s appointment fell through. More booking doesn’t help there.

What normally comes next is hold music, or someone taking a message and promising a call back that afternoon. We took that step out. The call transfers live, to a person who has already read it.

What the agent handles on its own

What the handoff actually is.

No queue, no repeating, no “one moment, please”. On the phone and in chat, the same four steps.

  • The agent decides it isn’t its call

Which subjects go to a person, on what signal, in what tone — we set that with you before launch. It is not a button your customer has to find.

  • The person arrives having read it

Who is calling, how long they have been a customer, what they just said and what the agent already offered. What the agent heard, the person already knows.

  • A warm transfer, not “let me put you through”

No hold music and no voicemail. The call is not dropped and returned later; it changes voice and keeps going.

  • It is measured like everything else

Every transfer is logged as it happens, next to the calls the agent finished on its own. You read it in the panel and export it whenever you want, as CSV or over the API.

The same handoff in chat

Four things we would rather say now.

None of them is a detail. Read them before you decide, not in your first month.

  • It is not a call centre

There is no floor of people waiting for whatever call comes in. The team is small and briefed per client, so the volume it covers is agreed with you before we start — it does not stretch on its own.

  • Nobody is awake at three in the morning

The agent answers at any hour. The people work the hours we agree with you. Outside them the agent keeps answering and booking, and it does not offer your customer a person who is not there.

  • Not every language, by default

The agent covers Spanish, English and Portuguese. A language beyond those three is separate work and is quoted on its own. Human cover is staffed in the languages you actually serve, and that is agreed with you at setup.

  • We do not hide that the first voice is AI

Your customer may work it out, and that beats nobody answering. What we guarantee is the handoff: when a person is needed there is one, and they arrive knowing the conversation.

Check any of it in the panel

Cap is a setting, not a wall.

Everything on this page is where you start, not where you stay. Agent bandwidth and human capacity are both plan parameters: more lines answer at once, more people take the transfers, and the panel shows you both.

  • More bandwidth

Concurrent calls and chats scale with the plan — a busy Saturday looks like a quiet Tuesday to the agent either way.

  • More people

Human cover is staffed per client. If your volume doubles, we agree the new cover with you — before it becomes visible to customers.

  • You see it coming

Volume, handoffs and coverage live in your panel. We review it with you on day 7, on day 30 and monthly after that — you see the curve before the curve sees you.

Where all of this is measured

Questions about the people.

The awkward ones included.

Who are these people, exactly?

Customer-service people we hire and train ourselves, not a pool rented by the hour. They learn your services, your prices and your policies before they take a single conversation, and the team on your account is agreed with you at setup.

Can I buy this without the agents?

Human cover is separate or bundled, your call — but it sits on top of the agent. The context the person reads on screen is the context the agent gathered. Without the agent there is no handoff, only someone answering from zero.

What if a customer asks for a person and nobody is free?

The agent says so instead of promising. It books the call back with a time and logs the reason, so whoever takes it later opens the same conversation rather than a new one.

Will my customer notice the switch?

They will hear a different voice. What they will not have to do is explain the problem again.

Who can see what was said?

You can. The person’s turn is logged in your panel exactly as the agent’s is, and you export it whenever you want, as CSV or over the API.
