No message gets left on read.
It answers in your site’s chat, on the business WhatsApp and in your social inboxes. Same calendar as the voice agent, same panel.
Book my callA message doesn’t ring. That’s why it sits there.
A missed call is obvious the moment it happens. An unanswered message isn’t — it sits among twenty others until the customer has booked somewhere else.
And they don’t arrive in one place. One writes into the site chat, another sends a WhatsApp, a third asks the price in a direct message. Three inboxes, three people checking them when they can, and none of them knows what the others answered.
Almost none of them is hard. They ask the hours, whether you take their insurance, what it costs, whether there’s room on Thursday. The answer isn’t the expensive part. The wait before it is.
It answers where people already write to you.
Not one more widget. It’s the same agent across all three inboxes, with your calendar and your services loaded.
On the site you already have
It goes onto your site as it stands. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to move — the agent lives on the page you already published and answers there.
On WhatsApp and in your social inboxes
The same agent takes the business WhatsApp and the direct messages that arrive through your social accounts. You read one conversation per customer, not three loose threads.
One calendar, shared with voice
Chat books into the same calendar as the voice agent. If someone just took 3:30 on the phone, chat stops offering it.
In whatever language they write in
The agent comes with Spanish, English and Portuguese. A language beyond those three is separate work and is quoted on its own. Within the three, it replies in the language of the message without being asked.
What it doesn’t answer on its own.
An agent that pretends to know everything falls over on the third question. This one knows where to stop.
It hands over the conversation, not the problem
When a message needs a person, one steps in with the whole thread on screen. The customer doesn’t repeat their name, their reason, or anything they already typed.
It doesn’t invent what you didn’t give it
If someone asks about something we didn’t load, it says so and passes it on. We’d rather leave an answer missing than make one up.
Human cover is its own line
If you haven’t added it, the agent still knows when to stop: it flags the conversation and tells you in the panel so you can pick it up yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Does it install on my site without rebuilding it?
Yes. It goes on the site you already published, whatever it was built with. We put it in place; you approve how it looks and how it answers.
Does it actually book, or just take the details?
It books. It writes into the calendar you already use — the same one the voice agent uses — and confirms the time in the chat before the conversation closes.
What if it answers wrong?
Every conversation is saved. If something comes out wrong you see it in the panel, you write to us, and we fix that answer. We reply within one business day.
Does it answer outside opening hours?
Yes, and that’s where it shows most. The Sunday-night message doesn’t wait for Monday — it gets answered, and if there’s room it gets booked.
Where do I see the conversations?
In the same panel as the calls. Chat and voice don’t get separate dashboards — it’s one list, and you export it whenever you want.
Can I have chat without the voice agent?
Yes. Plenty of people start with chat because it’s what’s already switched on. When you add voice later the two share the calendar and the panel, with nothing to redo.
